Technical Support Analyst (Permanent)

OCS Consulting is a leading IT Consultancy and a Microsoft Gold Partner and is looking to recruit an additional Technical Support Analyst to join it's existing Computer Services team. The successful applicant will be at least an MCP and have a desire to continue to upgrade their skills and certifications. This is a client facing role and the successful candidate must be able to work with OCS clients from a variety of industry sectors and must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Candidates will have at least 36 months commercial experience in a broad range of Windows environments, including Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows XP/Vista/W7. Your server skills will be well developed and knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Office, Outlook, Project, Visio and ideally SharePoint is expected. You will need a thorough understanding of DHCP, DNS, AD and IP based networks. You will have demonstrable experience of Firewalls/Routers/Switches (ideally Cisco), security and access control systems, ADSL/SDSL, Thin Client systems, storage devices, back-up and recovery equipment and procedures.

In addition to the technical skills candidates will be motivated, structured and results driven. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful IT services company and help grow its business further. Travel to client sites in and around the M25 area is an integral aspect of the role and a valid driving license is essential.
